Quick - which room is not like the others?
If you guessed Room 101 - you already know how to monitor an ABC-Net system. The "blue dot" indicates that the room is currently not on the network, while a "green dot" means that the room is online. In most cases, the problem can be resolved by sending someone to the room to check if the TV is plugged in or the RF cable is connected. Once the TV is powered up again, the blue dot will change to green in a few seconds.
There are two versions of the ABC-View Web page. The administrative-level version included with ABC-Setup can reset the system and change device IDs, as well as access the Home and Setup tabs. A separate ABC-View Web page can be accessed by other users, and provides system monitoring only.
